  • Yes. The video brochures have internal memory, which functions similar to how a USB Drive would function. They can be plugged into your computer with the micro-USB cord provided and switched out easily.

  • Up to 10 minutes is always a safe estimate. Agents use videos of all lengths, most commonly from 2 - 5 minutes.

  • The battery lasts for hours of continuous playback. If the units are stored for a few months without being used, charge them for a few hours before using. They are charged by connecting to any device through the micro-USB port.

  • You should always plan for four weeks from order payment until when they arrive at your office. We can manufacture, print and deliver quicker, but please mention your timeline when we speak together.

  • We’ll need your logo (high-resolution) and contact information to begin with. From there, our team will work with you to design products best for you, which may include an overview statement about you or your team, photos, or headshots and bio information.

    Please share your vision! Our design teams work within the Compass Brand Standards to produce beautiful designs of all types. We are happy to share some examples of other designs for inspiration.

    The ordering process will consist of a digital estimate sent via email for your approval. Once that is approved. An invoice will be sent through email, accepting credit card or ACH payments.
